2. Coaching Disclaimer
Get Game Group provides coaching, education, and resources for personal growth and dating. We are not licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic professionals. Content is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical, mental health, or professional advice.
If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, or medical issues, please seek support from a qualified professional.
3. No Guarantees
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes in dating, relationships, or personal development. Results vary by individual effort and circumstances.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching, courses, or digital products, except where required by law.
5. Helpline Terms
The Get Game Group Helpline provides audio answers to submitted questions. Standard tiers guarantee responses within 48 hours, while Priority tiers guarantee responses within 24 hours. Each subscription tier includes a fixed number of questions per month (1, 3, 5, or 10), and unused questions do not roll over. Questions must be submitted through the designated intake form and are non‑transferable. Helpline subscriptions auto‑renew monthly unless canceled. Customers may cancel anytime, but access continues until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused questions or partial months. Helpline answers are for guidance and educational purposes only and are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
6. User Submissions & Testimonials
By submitting content (including wins, testimonials, stories, or feedback), you grant Get Game Group a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and publish your submission in any format, including marketing and promotional materials. We may anonymize details to protect your privacy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, PDFs, videos, and materials provided by Get Game Group are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Game Group is not liable for any damages, losses, or emotional distress arising from the use of our services or reliance on our content.
